You didn’t mention the Medical Board or Optometrist Board or any other of the “health profession” regulatory boards who have HUGE control on those professions
The difficulty is, legally these entities are ‘statutory bodies’ - slightly different in terms of funding and Board members. Similarly captured though.
If you sacked half the people employed by the Govt the country would run smoother and need less taxes, but who is to determine which half? Set up another commission!!!
